Gordon Turner, Sales Director

Gordon has spent his entire career in hospitality procurement, as both a buyer and supplier, and worked at one of the UK's largest procurement companies for 15 years. His extensive industry experience working with most of the major hotel chains and procurement systems in the UK and Europe provides our team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Gordon is determined to differentiate Enhance from other procurement companies by prioritising our client's interests, and delivering the best possible client experience.

Andy Morris, Commercial Director

Andy has been at the forefront of hospitality procurement throughout his career – from Executive Head Chef to Group Food and Beverage Controller and Owner / Proprietor roles in leading hospitality companies. Andy brings an unrivaled knowledge of procurement to the team, through his time at a large hospitality procurement company, and as the individual tasked with ensuring the best possible margins were delivered from food and beverage operations at one of the UK's largest collection of 4 & 5 star hotels.

Denise MacArthur, Regional Sales Director

Denise has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in sales, purchasing and supply chain management in some of the UK's leading companies. Her industry knowledge, attention to detail and interpersonal skills allow her to quickly understand your business challenges and implement the right solution based on your unique needs.

Roy Goodall, Senior Buyer

Roy has led the procurement team at Enhance for over three years. He joined us after 15 years of senior procurement roles at national hotel chains such as Q Hotels and Crerar Hotels. His extensive knowledge and passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for customers makes Roy a true asset to our team and the clients we serve.

Graeme joined us after working more than 18 years at one of Scotland’s leading dry and frozen suppliers. His expertise in fresh produce management delivers significant and ongoing benefits for our clients throughout the UK. Graeme's ability to analyse data and translate it into meaningful recommendations is vital to our customers' long-term success.

Margo has over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry and ran a successful hospitality linen hire company. Lauren Hendrie, Project Support Coordinator

Lauren has worked for a number of hospitality companies in various roles including supervising front and back of house. She is the first point of contact for client-related issues or questions. She is excited to serve our clients and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Diane Jury, Business Development Executive

Diane has worked in telesales for nearly twenty years. She started her career working in an outbound call centre with clients such as The Kenco Coffee Company and Dun and Bradstreet, and provided telesales support for an Edinburgh-based private training provider.

Kate's previous roles and experience have demanded a high level of communication. She is passionate about building customer relationships and catering to their unique needs. Vickie Mcgovern, Accounts Assistant

Vickie has over 20 years experience in various accounts roles within Edinburgh. Working previously as a management accountant with a hotel group, she understands the needs of our customers and strives to ensure the accounts experience is as streamlined as possible for our customers.
